The Law Office of Kevin Gunther ("we," "us," or "our") provides the ACP Billing application as a tool to assist legal professionals with billing, docket management, and document automation. This SERVICE is provided by The Law Office of Kevin Gunther and is intended for use as is.

1. Zero-Collection Policy

We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information, case data, or files on our servers.

ACP Billing is a strictly "Local-First" application. All data generation, processing, and storage occur directly on your device or within your personal cloud accounts. We have no backend servers, analytics trackers, or databases that receive your information.

A. User-Provided Information

Attorney Profile & Case Data: Information you enter (such as your Name, Firm Name, Client Names, Docket Numbers, and Time Entries) is stored in a local database on your device. We do not have access to this data.

B. iCloud Synchronization

If enabled, your data syncs directly between your devices using Apple’s encrypted iCloud services. This process is managed entirely by Apple; we cannot access your iCloud data.

2. File Storage & Google Drive

The app integrates with Google Drive to allow you to store and manage documents associated with your cases.

• No Developer Access: We (The Law Office of Kevin Gunther) do not have access to your Google Drive. We cannot view, collect, or download any files, folders, or metadata from your account, including those created by the app.
• App Permissions: The Application itself on your device requests permission to create and manage a specific folder ("ACP Billing") to function. This interaction happens directly between your device and Google's servers. No data is transmitted to us.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Processors

Safari Web Extension

The app includes a Safari Extension to assist with data entry on web-based billing portals.

• Local Transfer: Data is transferred locally between the app and the Safari browser on your device to autofill forms.
• No Collection: The extension does not collect your browsing history, login credentials, or form data. It operates strictly locally on your device.

SharePoint Bridge (Smart Transfer)

If you use the "Upload SharePoint" feature to transfer files directly to Google Drive:

• Transient Processing: The app uses a stateless secure worker to facilitate the transfer of files from SharePoint to Google Drive.
• No Retention: Credentials (such as session cookies and access tokens) are used solely to perform the specific transfer request and are immediately discarded. No data is stored, logged, or collected by this service.

4. Security

Because we do not collect or store your data, your information is protected by the security measures provided by:

• Your Device: iOS/macOS encryption and sandboxing.
• Your Cloud Providers: The security protocols of your personal Apple iCloud and Google Drive accounts.
